Hargrave-Andrew Library – Base Build

Project located in Clayton VIC at Monash University. The approximate overall budget for the construction is ~ $3m. Main Works – Library Base Building works are related specifically to the base building elements, structure, shell and engineering services in general comprises of the following work packages, • External mechanical ducting and structural framework • External columns, lighting, façade and entrances to the building • Ground floor base building refurbishment tiling • Ground floor toilet refurbishment floor and wall tiling • Hardscape and softscape landscape works Retail Tenancy Fitout – The fit out works are related specifically to the Tenant’s own fit out. Which include the following, • Floor / Wall Tiling • Fixtures • Signage, visual displays graphic elements • Back of house areas • Integration of services and statutory requirements- access and mobility • Commercial equipment
